Both administrators and faculty in four year institutions offering Hotel and Restaurant programs were surveyed with regard to three topical areas: basic information dealing with the program and its faculty; institutional support for faculty pursuing terminal degrees; and respondents attitude about the level of support available for pursuing terminal degrees.
