Abstract
The literature is replete with studies suggesting that videotape materials can be used to advantage in educational settings, particularly in teaching/learning of complex interpersonal skills. We have developed and used six videotape simulations depicting situations involving hospitality managers interacting with employees and peers. The development, content, and uses are briefly described. We urge others to consider the advantages of videotape materials.
