How We Can Improve Diversity Training

Abstract

What stands in the way of using diversity training to truly transform students’ thinking about themselves in relation to people who are different? The authors suspect that the cognitive development of students plays a big role. Here is how Otterbein College redesigned a diversity training workshop in order to take student intellectual development into account.
