How can colleges and universities harness the leadership potential of the diverse individuals on campus and bring their collective wisdom and experience to bear on today's tough challenges? A recent study conducted by the author suggests just what kind of effort is required. Here she offers a new leadership framework for ensuring that individuals with a broad range of perspectives are fully engaged in campus leadership.
