Abstract
An interview was conducted with Dixie Robinson, an executive of a small health maintenance organization (HMO) in Pennsylvania. The interview not only provides readers with a basic over view of a HMO but also gives them an insider's view about managed care. After reading this inter view, readers should reflect on their personal style of case management as well as their organization's provision of managed care.
