The process of teaching infection control is an elementary subject for home health care agencies and their clients. It is so basic that it tends to be underemphasized and undermonitored except for fulfilling mandatory requirements. This article explores key words related to the subject and ways it might be done more efficiently and monitored more effectively. The process of how we learn is also discussed and some samples of learning tools are provided.
