Abstract
Skin and wound care in the home care setting has become a critical issue. The shortened hospital stay and the home being increasingly utilized for the care of adults over age 65 and the terminally ill make it even more critical that home health care professionals keep abreast of the new protocols and procedures necessary to treat patients. This article is an excellent vehicle to that end. Included are several tables and guidelines for wound dress ings. This article is a reading must.
