Haunted by the estranged relationship with his son and the loss of his father three years ago, the author writes in the attempt to gather, to archive what needs to be preserved. The author proceeds by recollecting the positive memories he carries of his father and the troubling thoughts he holds about his son. Structured through fragments, the author accumulates an archival history, one that tells the story of the father his dad was and of the father that the author is to his own son.
