Abstract
From 15-20 February 2001, several thousand scientists, engineers, and others interested in science plus several hundred science journalists gathered in San Francisco for the 2001 Annual Meeting and Science Innovation Exposition of the American Association for the Advancement of Science. Included in this report are some of the highlights of the meeting.
