Intraosseous lipoma is a rare benign primary lesion of bone. Approximately 180 cases have been reported to date. In the literature, we have been able to find only three patients with bilateral calcaneal involvement. We present a 34-year-old woman who was diagnosed with intra-osseous lipoma in both calcanei.
