A rare case of gynandroblastoma of the right ovary with a typical morphologic appearance in a 10-year-old girl is reported. Clinically, there were both feminizing and masculinizing symptoms with elevated estradiol and testosterone levels. The pathomorphology, immunohistochemistry, and ultrastructural features of this tumor are described, and the reported cases in the literature are reviewed.
