Abstract
In July 1993 ISAGA members convened in Bucharest, Romania for the 24th Annual Conference; highlights were after-hours games and simulations, cultural excursions, papers delivered by Romanian colleagues on preparing for the new economic system, and introductions to the major academic institutions of Bucharest. Gamers from around the world presented their research, innovations, and simulations.
