Abstract
The general programs, issues, and concerns of two gaming conferences in Russia and Ukraine are summarized The excitement of the political and economic changes occurring in Russia and Ukraine deeply affected both the composition of the attendees and the agenda they pursued. Gaming was recognized as being a potentially major contributor to the development of a new management group within the two republics.
