Abstract
This study measures the effects of involving beginning management students in an organizational simulation, 771E LOOKING GLASS, INC. A control and experimental group of students were compared in a pre- and posttest design. They responded to the question, What does a manager in a mid to large organization do on a daily basis?" Executives of mid- to large-sized organizations et the student responses Analysis indicated significant gains in knowledge for the students who participated in the simulation.
