Abstract
This article describes the process of translating and validating a group assessment toolfor use with Spanish-and Japanese-speaking populations and discusses its utility for research and practice. El Cuestionario de Desarrollo de Grupos (CDG) and the Group Development Questionnaire-Japanese (GDQ-J) represent translations of the Group Development Questionnaire (GDQ).
