A 5-month-old boy presented with respiratory distress. Computed tomography revealed a cystic mass in the right upper thorax compressing on the trachea. The mass was removed surgically and proven histologically to be an enteric cyst. (Hong Kong j.emerg.med. 2014;21:55-56)
