How would you set about developing a Welsh Contextual Theology? This is something I have been struggling with for several years, despite teaching contextual theology, and researching and writing in the fields of practical and contextual theology. This in part has to do with issues of voice and voicelessness for me and a lack of confidence, a feeling of being stuck that is more ingrained than simply the tyranny of the blank page.
