Abstract
This paper describes two recently completed office buildings which are of a similar size and in both of which integrated environmental services were an essential feature of the building design. Details of the services installed in each building are described and experience in their operation is reported and discussed, including a comparison of the operating costs for the separate services. It is concluded that experience with these buildings shows that the performance of buildings of the type described in the paper can in many respects be predicted with some accuracy at the design stage.
