In the 1st paragraph of the Subchronic Toxicity Study section of the Materials and Methods the NR chloride content of the Niagen used in the subchronic toxicity study was represented and published to be >99% NR chloride. Specifically, “(Niagen (>99% NR chloride) was supplied by ChromaDex.” The actual amount of NR chloride in the Niagen was 94.6%. The Authors apologize for this error and would greatly appreciate the publication of a corrigendum.
