Abstract
This article deals with the way in which, because of the pandemic caused by COVID-19, the National Library of Peru found ways to continue creating spaces, physical, virtual or remote, of access to information and culture. The article understands this right as a fundamental right of people, which must not be diminished and which, on the contrary, must be promoted even in times of emergency or pandemic.
