Abstract
Pneumatic percussive riveting has the advantages of flexible operation and strong adaptability, and it is one of the important ways of aircraft assembly connection. At present, pneumatic percussive riveting still plays a very important role in the aircraft assembly process. With the continuous application of advanced materials in new machine structures, traditional pneumatic percussive riveting technology is facing challenges and demands towards precision and intelligence development. The in-depth research and innovative development of pneumatic percussive riveting technology is of great scientific significance and practical value for ensuring the performance of percussive riveted joints and the quality of aircraft assembly. This article reviews the current research status of pneumatic percussive riveting technology, proposes the research content and development trends of pneumatic percussive riveting technology for advanced materials, and provides reference for the innovative research and development of pneumatic percussive riveting technology in the riveting application scenarios of aircraft advanced materials.
