Abstract
This paper aims at improving the dynamic performance of nonlinear vibration-reduction system of the tracked ambulance, hence increasing the comfort of the sick and wounded. Three main tools are used to achieve this goal. First, a multi-objective method for parameter identification based on the improved partitioning and dimensional increment precise integration method and NSGA-II is proposed to identify the parameters of the nonlinear vibration-reduction system. Then the global sensitivity of the parameters with respect to the system outputs is studied by using the Sobol method. This is followed by the selection of the optimization variables according to the calculation of parameter sensitivity. Finally, the dynamic performance is optimized by using genetic algorithm. In this paper the parameter identification method proposed and the dynamic performance optimization applied is verified adaptable and effective as the dynamic performance indices are greatly improved.
