Abstract
This paper argues that educational leadership plays a pivotal role in harmonizing technological innovation with ecological, authentic, and human-centered learning processes. The integration of technology into the field of sustainable education is strongly related to the authenticity of its content. School leaders help to integrate technology as an important pillar for understanding learning and turning students into an active effort to contribute to the learning process, because through this effort the achievement of the desired goals can occur. Through the Ecological-Authentic Leadership for Technology Integration Model, technology becomes a tool that strengthens ecological connections, authentic learning and justice-oriented leadership, and educational leaders become architects of sustainable communities in which human, economic, and technological forces reinforce one another.
