Abstract
The behavior of 95 children (grades 3 through 6) was rated by two groups of teachers using the Revised Behavior Problem Checklist. Subjects were approximately equally divided according to sex and grade placement. Subscale means and standard deviations were calculated for ratings by both groups of teachers. Multivariate analysis of variance revealed no significant difference between the mean ratings of the two groups. Pearson product-moment correlation coefficients revealed a generally low to moderate degree of relationship between teacher ratings. Possible explanations are discussed. Normative data for males and females are presented.
