— Leiomyosarcoma is the most common mesenchymal malignant tumour in the genito-urinary system. We report an additional case of a leiomyosarcoma arising in the epididymis testis in a 70-year-old man presenting for evaluation of non-tender testicular enlargement. We discuss diagnosis, etiology, and management of this rare neoplasm.
