An examination is made of the results of investigating the influence of the concentration of nanoparticles and graft copolymer (modifier) on the main physicomechanical characteristics of styrene plastics. The limiting concentrations of nanoparticles with which the maximum strength properties are achieved are determined. An interpretation of the mechanism of failure of filled polymer composites is given.
