Procedural recommendations have been developed for the application of customs chemical examination of cotton-lint cellulose in international economic transactions. Standard documents for cotton cellulose are given. The main parameters of cotton cellulose have been studied by determining the commercial condition, chemical composition, and fibre length, and criteria have been determined for each grade and type of cotton lint.
