α,ω-Bis-(Triethylsiloxy)Oligohydride Ethyl Siloxanes with Biophore 3,5-Dichloropyridyl-Containing Groups for Protecting Textile Materials against Biodeterioration
A method was developed for synthesising 3,5-dichloropyridyl-containing oligohydride ethyl siloxane biocidal oligomers, which, in a quantity of 0.01–0.1 wt%, entirely suppress the growth of mould. It was shown that the oligomers synthesised can be attached covalently on the surface of textile material through the reaction of condensation by the interaction of functional groups of the oligomer and polymer fibre. The effectiveness of the bioprotective properties of the obtained textile materials was analysed.
