Abstract
This study addresses problems of developing fibrous porous materials with a high water vapour sorption activity, intended for the manufacture of footwear, clothing, and also medical products. It is suggested that non-woven fibrous materials modified with hydrogels of interpolymer complexes based on polyacrylic acid and polyvinyl alcohol be used as such materials. The influence of the conditions under which the interpolymer complexes are produced on the structure and properties of the composite materials is investigated.
