Viene descritto un disturbo ematologico insolito in un paziente con malattia di Hodgkin in stadio avanzato. Un reperto isolato di ipofibrinogenemia, senza diatesi emorragica e senza evidenza di coagulazione intravascolare disseminata, ritornò alla norma dopo trattamento positivo della malattia di Hodgkin.
