The study investigates the use of business databases by British management. Based on a survey of users of ICC services and Jordanwatch, the survey includes original findings on who is using databases, which hosts they are accessing, what equipment they use, their reasons for searching, type of data accessed, frequency of down-loading, benefits, other sources used, set-up costs, annual expenditure and justifications for online searching.
