The composite polyhedra constitute a group of regular solids which until recently had not been catalogued as geometrical objects. Some, being completely triangulated, make up isostatic compositions. Others, with valleys or undulations, can be used as lobed domes or as stalactitic vaults. These forms can be transformed into double layer domes connecting their external vertices.
