The records of 305 patients with cancers of the nasal skin were reviewed. The majority of patients had benign basal cell carcinomas. The selection of therapy was geared to the location and extent of disease, the type of prior therapy employed, and the experience of the treatment team. It is important not to underestimate the multicentricity of basal cell carcinomas and to recognize the aggressive nature of some of the squamous cell carcinomas.
