Task Force '74: Recommendations for Better Schools

Abstract

Four areas of concern need to be developed as quickly as possible if significant changes are to be achieved at the secondary school level, believe members of Task Force '74. They are: citizen involvement, educating for student responsibility, alternative programs, and teacher negotiations.
