Abstract
Most educators acknowledge the necessity of change, and no educator of any stature seeks to avoid it. However, few efforts have been made to examine the entire educational process, with a commitment to a wholesale change in all the aspects of teaching and learning (the principal's role, teaching roles, individual student roles, curriculum revision, evaluation methods, money, and facilities), while utilizing existing educa tional facilities. The model discussed here is a combination of old and new ideas into a total system, in which innovations in every aspect of the educational process have to occur.
