Abstract
Background
Property enterprises in human resource management are high employee turnover, low efficiency, and unreasonable personnel allocation.
Objective
Put forward a new property enterprise human resource management model.
Methods
Design the human resource relationship model, and based on the model will J2EE technology, improve policy tree algorithm and improve whale optimization algorithm.
Results
The feasibility of the model was well evaluated by 350 volunteers with a mean score of 88.9. And the 350 volunteers tested the system more effectively, with an average score of 92.6.
Conclusions
The human resource management model of real estate enterprises designed and researched has certain feasibility and effectiveness, and has certain application potential in the field of human resource management.
