Abstract
This paper focuses on the global stabilization problem of controlling direct current–direct current switched power converters in the presence of coil magnetic saturation. A finite-time controller is investigated for the modified nonlinear system model by utilizing an adding a power integrator technique. With the finite-time control scheme, not only a faster convergence rate is obtained, but also better suppression ability to the inevitable disturbances is achieved for the closed-loop system. Simulation comparison results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
