Abstract
Morocco is a country of 28 million people. There are about 7,000 physicians, mainly in the big cities. About half of them are in private practices and the remainder work in Ministry of Health hospitals or dispensaries. Some 2,500 pharmacists dispense drugs in their own private pharmacies. Only one or two pharmacists work in each hospital pharmacy of the Ministry of Health.
