Abstract
There are two political and economic systems in Europe: The European Economic Community (EEC) and the European Free Trade Association (EFTA). The Nordic Council on Medicines, furthers the cause of harmonization with respect to legislation and administrative procedures relating to medicines in the Nordic countries. The registration systems applied in these areas will be described and then compared.
