Abstract
Arguments are made for using personal computer software in the teaching of public personnel administration. While didactic personnel and related software are available, the undiscovered teaching resource is the growing volume of operational software. Examples of both didactic and operational software are reviewed and described. What is needed are scenarios and simulated environments such as game simulations to utilize these resources.
