Improving Applicants' Performance in the Completion of Applications

Abstract

“Applicants often reduce their chances of hire by submitting deficient application forms and, in so doing, reduce the personnel administrator's capacity to reliably and validly evaluate the applicant. A new brochure for applicants has been introduced in Arizona to help solve this problem; it is described in some detail in this article.”
