Abstract
For the past 30 years, job analysis researchers and practitioners have relied on the same job analysis methods for their work. While these methods have proven to be effective for describing jobs, they do not take advantage of advances in technology and data analysis. The present study applies visualization and network analysis techniques to job analysis data. The result is a simple graphical presentation that facilitates effective and efficient communication of results to individuals who are not job analysis experts, such as organization managers.
