Abstract
One of the agencies through which re search can be channèled to the industry is the textile school. Recognizing that fact, the Textile Research Institute, Inc., keeps in touch with the programs of the various schools. In recent months, several of them have expanded their plans. We hope to supply from time to time, in these columns, infor mation on those plans. We start the ball rolling with this article about the Philadelphia Textile Institute, the old est textile school in the country.
