Students want to volunteer, but they may not know how to find appropriate opportunities that will motivate them to participate regularly. Jamey Melcher writes about how she harnessed he students’ desire to volunteer by talking about volunteer opportunities in the classroom, doing some of the activities with students, and posting a current list organizations and events.
