Abstract
How do teacher education deans know they have minimally adequate resources to provide quality progams? Howcan com parisons of program resources be made, and what are the key variables to compare? Peseau and Tudor address these ques tions and suggest cluster analysis as a technique for use in preparing a rationale for obtaining a fair share of a university's resources. Teacher education deans, suggest the authors, could evaluate the pairings of the programs within their cluster, and with programs in other clusters.
