/ can't motivate my teachers anymore. I pay them more than neighboring districts. I offer them an excellent fringe bene fits package, we have a good retirement system, our schools are bright and clean, and our students are relatively consi derate. Maybe it's me. Maybe what I need is a good course in human relations.
