Abstract
Arthur Hoppe is well qualified to dis cuss the many problems and opportuni ties facing American educators as they work abroad. During 1954-55 the au thor, recipient of a Fulbright scholar ship, served as visiting professor of edu cation and curriculum in Cairo, Egypt. His experiences should do much to help American educators prepare themselves to become more effective as EDUCATORS ABROAD.
