Student Participation in Determining College Policy

Abstract

An interesting experiment in student- faculty cooperation in policy-making is being carried on in the College of Edu cation, University of Illinois. The origin and development of the experiment are reported in this article. Both dividends and problems are being realized. Mr. Henderson, Professor of Education, is faculty sponsor of the Student Forum, and Mr. Brown has just completed a year as student chairman of the Forum.
