Abstract
This article was developed from an address presented by Mr. Roth at the National Workshop on the Improvement of Professional Laboratory Experiences in the Education of Teachers, University of Wyoming, Laramie, Wyoming, August 14, 1950. The address was interpreted and the article written by Thomas D. Horn, Iowa State Teachers College, Cedar Falls, Iowa, Workshop Consultant.
