Several multivariate procedural approaches—canonical analysis, cluster analysis paired with multiple discriminant analysis, and Taylor expansion regressions with trend surface mapping—are used in a complementary fashion to examine and cross-validate nonlinear and interactive relationships between personality and product usage variables.
